Über mich:
After graduating from the University of queensland, I worked for 6 years in Fuel Cells (Solid Oxide). These cells operate at ~850C, therefore a lot of novel high temperature alloys, coatings, ceramics, seals and electrical connections are required. I then travelled overseas for some time, before returning to work for the Dept. of Defence, on corrosion problems on the Collins class Submarines....
